Do I pay per bot?
No. Conversation and message limits are a shared pool across all your agents: Starter includes 1 agent, Growth up to 3 and Business unlimited.
What happens if I go over my plan?
AI agents: $0.05 per message and $1 per conversation. Automations: +$15 per 1,000 runs without AI, or $0.06 per run with AI.
Is building the agent or automation included?
No, it is quoted separately: AI agents from $1,500, workflow automations from $500 and integrated systems from $3,000, one-time. Setup and onboarding start at $499.
Are there discounts?
Yes. Combine 2 or more Run plans and get 15% off the lower-value one.
